I’m Musya, co-founder of Hart & Hero. I grew up in Los Angeles in a house full of noise and creativity—one of eleven kids—and spent over a decade in corporate marketing in New York. I’ve always had an eye for detail. I care about design, materials, how things are made, and how they make a space feel. That shows up in the work I do every day.

As a parent of two, I became more aware of how early kids are shaped by what we put in front of them—especially when it comes to play. What’s encouraged. What’s expected. What’s missing. Chanie and I created Hart & Hero because we wanted something better. Toys that invite kids into care without assigning them a role. Toys that are well-made, thoughtful, and built to last.

I love when a space feels calm and intentional. My kids mostly feel the opposite. They keep me grounded in the kind of beautiful chaos that makes this work matter.
